Patrick McGovern

Patrick founded Accipiter Labs in 2026 to close the deployment gap, after a decade spent deploying frontier technology into traditional businesses and investing in AI-native companies.

For six years he was a forward-deployed engineer at K2 Intelligence, embedding Palantir's platform inside regulated environments including the Manhattan DA's Office and the Madoff bankruptcy trustee. Most recently he was a Principal at Bowery Capital, a $160M New York early-stage fund.

The bet behind Accipiter: off-the-shelf software fits the average company, and most established businesses aren't average. With modern AI, a system built around how a company actually works ships in weeks. He writes on AI and startups at Capital Efficient. MBA, Yale School of Management; BA, NYU.
