About
Patrick McGovern.

Patrick founded Accipiter Labs in 2026 to close the deployment gap. He has spent a decade deploying frontier technology into traditional businesses and investing in AI-native companies.
For six years he was a forward-deployed engineer at K2 Intelligence, embedding Palantir's platform inside regulated environments including the Manhattan DA's Office and the Madoff bankruptcy trustee. Most recently he was a Principal at Bowery Capital, a $160M New York early-stage fund focused on applied intelligence in real-world industries.
Investing across vertical software left him convinced that the best off-the-shelf tools are built for the average company, and most established businesses are not average. With modern AI, a system built around how a company actually works can ship in weeks rather than years. That is the bet behind Accipiter.
He writes on AI and startup trends at Capital Efficient. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA from NYU.
