Accipiter Labs

Privacy

Privacy policy.

Effective June 24, 2026. This policy explains what Accipiter Labs collects when you contact us, book a meeting, or visit this site.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. If you email us directly, we receive the contents of your email and any information you choose to include.

If you book time through the Google Calendar Appointment Schedule, Google may collect booking details such as your name, email address, selected meeting time, and any answers requested on the booking page. Booked meetings may include a Google Meet link.

How we use it

We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, schedule introductory calls, evaluate whether Accipiter Labs can help, and maintain basic business records for those conversations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact form submissions to train AI models.

Service providers

Contact form messages are sent with Resend. Site analytics are measured with Vercel Analytics. Calendar booking and meeting links are handled by Google Calendar and Google Meet. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and conversion behavior. Custom events may record actions such as opening a booking link, clicking an email link, or successfully submitting the contact form. We do not send your name, email address, message text, or calendar details in analytics events.

Retention

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond, manage business conversations, and maintain reasonable records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information unless we need to retain it for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons.

To ask a privacy question or request deletion, email pat@accipiterlabs.com. You can also return to the contact section.
